Balanced price and quality for everyday commuting and normal driving.
Higher-grade parts, often from original-equipment or well-known brands, for longer service life or closer-to-original performance.
Parts designed for towing, hauling, fleet, or severe-duty use. Not offered for every part on every vehicle.

What you pay for
We do not add a markup to the cost of parts. The parts line on your estimate is what we pay our supplier for that part. Shipping and refundable core charges, when they apply, are shown as separate lines at cost.
Labor is calculated as estimated labor hours multiplied by our posted hourly rate. Estimated hours come from our standard times for each job and are adjusted for your specific vehicle when we review your request.
